I arrived on a hot morning to a heated old guy session. There was about 10 dudes these ripping. Now when I say old I only mean 30 something. If that. But for Omaha it’s old. Most of the skaters I see there are really young. So I was a little intimidated and mostly messed around for awhile. Got a bs flip on the bank, some bean plants, etc. On the ledge I was 100% on crooks. Felt rad! Did a lot of switch noseslides. Eventually the crowd thinned out and I felt a little looser. Ollied onto the taller ledge, got some slow front 50s on the regular ledge, almost no comply flip the parking block. My back foot PF really started hurting. Ugh. I got an ollie onto the taller ledge and 180’d off. I left a big sweaty mess.
