skate journal: “day off” skating in the house (aug 20, 2015 day 224)

Was feeling very arthritic, sore, tired, down. Stood on some manuals on the carpet then tried to figure out pressure flips for a bit. Didn’t get close. I will never understand that one. I suppose that’s fine.
